Well looky here another post, let’s call it a 2-fer out of guilt over my absence. I thought since I actually got my supper plans for the week ready on Monday I’d let y’all in on how I’m planning to keep the family fed.
- Monday: chili (nothing to fancy just warm & filling)
- Tuesday: Taco soup
- Wednesday: Korean Beef it’s an InstaPot recipe YIPPEE!!
- Thursday: Out for Mexican or leftovers (depending how late our swim meet runs)
- Friday: Burrito bowls using my Mexi-Rice recipe and my fav crockpot fiesta chicken
- Saturday: Short Ribs, (IntaPot again) mashed taters and something green (we shall see what’s good at the Kroger this week)
Ok, so my guilt doesn’t have a lot of words and no pictures it seems. But my heart’s in the right place, that’s gotta count for something right? I’ll be updating y’all on the weeks eats on Instagram that will tell if I’ve stuck to the plan or carved and ordered pizza. I’ll go to the grocery tomorrow, I’m just not feelin’ it today. It’s quite cold in my neck of the woods today but I do have to venture out as it is night number 2 of our “Spin a Good Yarn” knitting club at our local libray! Can’t wait!!!
