Good Morning friends!
I hope ya’ll had a great thanksgiving! Our’s was wonderfully restful, which is my way of saying ‘cept all that cooking I didn’t hit a lick at narry-a-thang! The kiddos enjoyed the time as well albeit they still had swim practice.
This week has started out cold and a little snowy. I’m from the deep south if ya’ll remember so snow fall is still so fascinating and I find myself lingering at the window to see the delicate tiny flakes. Thus this has put my to-do list a bit behind.
The meal planning is challenging this week since I’m still full from Turkey Day and really should be eating salad everyday this week but where’s the fun in that?!?
So here’s what we’ve got cookin’ this week…
- Monday: Million Dollar Spaghetti, this super easy recipe is floating all over the interwebs.
- Tuesday: out (swim meet)
- Wednesday: Kale soup and sandwiches (kiddos will eat at church)
- Thursday: Jambalaya
- Friday: out (swim meet)
- Saturday: out (swim meet)
It’s so cold. I may make soup everyday! Maybe I’ll make a big batch and can the rest, if I get that ambitious I’ll let ya know.
Ya’ll have a great day!
